What is EMDR Therapy?

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR is a trauma therapy that I use regularly in my practice, as I’ve discovered that trauma comes in many forms that most of us may not realize such as bullying, family situations, professional losses etc. I like to use EMDR therapy to neutralize those experiences as they arise so we can move forward to create the life you want.

Healing through Haptics

It all begins with an what happens in your head at night. Your brain processes memories and experiences through rapid eye movement in your sleep. Haptic utilizing paddles help simulate a similar experience while you are conscious and allows you to process traumatic memories or events.
