I am a licensed clinical professional counselor in Idaho and a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah, specializing in talk therapy, trauma therapy, and regulating the nervous system with people of all ages. I am licensed in Idaho, telehealth only, and Utah where my office is in Bountiful. I have developed a practice that specializes in EMDR for past and current trauma processing, as well as HeartMath to teach self-regulation of the nervous systems. I also use Person-Centered talk therapy, and Child-Centered play therapy.
